As we adjust to our new reality together we have in place certain procedures and additional services to ensure the wellness of our team, clients and friends. The first order of safety is limiting the amount of people at any given time in the shop. For this reason we ask that you follow this process for your next appointment.

  1. Book on the form below your preferred  day and time with a minimum of 4 days in advance from today.  In an effort to be as efficient as possible RDV’s made on the site will be prioritized. In the event of an overlap we will advise you 48 hrs in advance to find a convenient solution.
  2. Indicate whether you prefer waiting in the showroom client area, dropping off the car or need one of our courtesy cars.
  3. Detail the services you require and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have.

Additional services we have in place for you.

  1. If you are at risk health wise or feel uncomfortable displacing yourself, and your car is need of an urgent repair, simply let us know and we will arrange to have your car picked up and brought back to you.
  2. Free courtesy cars available even for a simple tire change and regular servicing.
  3. Free pick- up and delivery from your work place. 
  4. After hours drop off and pick up.
  5. Complimentary safety inspections.
  6. Urgent repairs will be prioritized with replacement car available 24/7.

Additional precautionary procedures we have implemented and are undertaking.

  1. Social distancing of 2 meters.
  2. Continuous decontamination of guest area in showroom.
  3. Decontamination of courtesy cars & keys prior to you taking the wheel.
  4. To avoid having you stop at gas stations the courtesy cars will have lots of gas. ( unprecedented times call for unprecedented measures for those of you that know us well LOL)  
  5. Decontamination of client’s cars & keys.
  6. Blocking off more time per client to avoid having to come back if the complimentary inspection finds a repair that needs to be performed.

We are looking forward to seeing all of our amazing clients and friends. Know that we appreciate your understanding that certain delays can arise with these procedures.  But rest assured,  we are here for you.
